| For the convenience of incoming guests, we require rooms to be vacant by 10am on the day of departure. Later departure time may, however, be possible upon request. Normal check-in time is 12 noon onwards but earlier arrivals can be arranged. Please let us know if you anticipate arriving after 6pm otherwise your room will be re-let. Please note we do not accept check ins after 10pm without prior arrangements. | ||

In case of a cancellation, please give us 48 hours notice (1 week for group bookings). In the event of less than 48 hours notice of cancellation of your booking , we would make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, we reserve the right to charge you to the full cost of the booking if the room is not subsequently re-let. |

Please note that all our bedrooms, the breakfast room and the lounge are NON SMOKING. We do however have a lovely courtyard where you are able to smoke if you wish. |

| In the event of damage to Hotel property, we reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean the item concerned. | ||
| The Telstar car park is to the rear of the hotel, please call into reception to unload your luggage and we will inform you how to find our car park. | ||
